Job description

Proactively identify and acquire new clients across the European market.
Organize and lead meetings with prospective clients, presenting the company's services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Prepare commercial proposals and manage negotiations through to contract signing.
Conduct market research and identify new business development opportunities.
Collaborate with the company's management and operations team to provide clients with the most suitable logistics solutions.

Job requirements

At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
Experience in selling logistics, warehousing, or transportation services.
Proven track record in new business development and client acquisition.
Experience conducting client meetings and business negotiations.
Good command of both Latvian and English (for communication with international clients).
Valid Category B driving licence.
Ability to work independently, manage your workload, and achieve established targets.
