Amata apraksts

• keeping of full cycle accounting of undertakings in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of

Latvia, internal regulations of the undertaking, requirements of the group;

• ensure the closure of the month, quarter and year in timely manner. Ensure the preparing of the annual report

in cooperation with external auditors;

• keep tax records, calculations and timely payments;

• updating of accounting procedures, optimization of processes;

• financial planning: budgeting and costs control, cash flow planning;

• manage of financial reports for company and group management in accordance with procedures and standards

developed by the company;

• Management and leadership of the accountant team;

• manage digitization projects in the accounting department;

• employee payment calculations, processing and accounting of related costs, taxes, deductions;

• business management assistance in tax and accounting matters;

• providing communication with auditors, tax advisers, the State Revenue Service and other related institutions;

• perform other ad-hoc tasks as instructed by the direct Manager and the Baltic Financial Manager.

Amata prasības

• Experience at least 5 years as Chief Accountant;

• Preferable knowledge and experience with the SAP EP1 and Horizon salary module;

• Higher education in accounting, finances, economics;

• excellent knowledge of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia in the area of accounting and taxation;

• excellent communication skills in interaction with employees at different levels;

• ability to see the overall view, pay attention to detail, define priorities tasks;

• ability to lead, motivate and excite a team;

• Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office), using analytical tools;

• knowledge of the Latvian language and very good knowledge of the English language (in cooperation with

colleagues in other countries).
