CRM AUTOMATION SPECIALIST

Job description

  • Develop and execute the CRM, CEP, and Marketing Automation strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Own and continuously optimize CRM and Marketing Automation solutions, ensuring effective data flows, data quality, and campaign readiness

  • Lead end-to-end CRM and automation projects, including pre-filled applications, automated product upgrades, switches, and customer journey improvements

  • Coordinate data requirements with the Data Warehouse (DWH) team and manage change requests to support campaign execution

  • Optimize campaign funnels, conversion paths, and customer journeys to improve business performance and customer experience

  • Drive technical implementation of marketing automation solutions and support process automation across products and channels

  • Support campaign performance measurement and ensure reliable reporting and campaign enablement

  • Ensure compliance with data protection, regulatory requirements, and governance standards while managing vendors, tools, and implementation projects

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Informatics, or a related field, ideally complemented by further education in CRM, Customer Engagement, or Marketing Automation

  • Proven at least 3 years’ experience in CRM and Marketing Automation solutions, including customer journey management and application implementation

  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional Business & IT initiatives using agile and traditional methodologies

  • Solid understanding of data models, data flows, DWH processes, system integrations, and ability to analyse KPIs, campaign performance, and funnel metrics

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent English skills, German is a plus (for collaboration with teams and management in Switzerland)
