
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Job description
· Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner using SAP
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
· Provide product, order, and shipment information to customers
· Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to meet customer requirements
· Handle basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Team Leader or relevant department
· Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce and other systems
· Follow established standard operating procedures and contribute to their improvement
· Support team goals and participate in training sessions to enhance skills
Job requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in administration, Business, Economy, or equivalent (or relevant experience)
· Experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing or technical environments
· Working knowledge of any of ERP software, preferably SAP
· Knowledge in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems is an advantage
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
· Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
· Excellent in English in writing and speaking (for communication with international teams); Additional European languages are an advantage
