An opportunity for you
Provide outstanding customer service to De Rigo business accounts in Scandinavia (optical stores
and chains). De Rigo goal is to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service.
Maintain high-level service during all seasons of the year. Our goal is to achieve market leading
customer satisfaction and service.
How you can contribute:
Deliver excellent customer service and keep customers informed.
Verify documentation, maintain customer master data, process discounts, credit notes, re-invoicing.
Monitor inventory, shipment status, returns/credits/repairs.
Provide product advice to customers and enhance the experience on the B2B portal.
Contribute to commercial events (Buying Days, brand/product demos, customer visits).
Collaborate effectively across De Rigo teams globally.
Job requirements
Administrative/customer service experience.
Proficient in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and advanced English to communicate with clients from Nordics.
Collaborative team player with strong verbal and written communication.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and multitask.
Honest, reliable, with a professional and positive attitude.
Good MS Office skills.
