
Job description
Executive Support: Manage calendar/meetings/travel; prepare briefs/agendas; draft/edit executive communications; ensure the CEO is well-prepared.
Communication & Liaison: Serve as the primary contact; coordinate with leadership; triage/respond to emails and calls.
Strategic & Administrative Coordination: Drive initiatives; track goals and follow-ups; deliver decision-ready reports; manage board logistics.
Travel & Event Management: Arrange complex travel (visas/itineraries); organize high-level meetings/events; manage expenses.
Office & Time Management: Maintain effective task/time/document systems; optimize the CEO’s time; anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain internal and external relationships; represent the CEO professionally; handle inquiries and follow-ups.
Confidentiality & Professionalism: Uphold strict confidentiality; exercise sound judgment and diplomacy; safeguard sensitive information; act as a trusted extension of the CEO.
Job requirements
Proven experience supporting C-level executives.
Degree in Management, Finance, or a related field.
Excellent written communication skills; ability to professionally draft/edit reports, presentations, and executive correspondence.
Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Fluent Latvian; strong English for daily international communication and collaboration.
Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
Advantage: Background in top professional services (e.g., Big Four, leading law firms).
