Job description
- Full-cycle accounting in accordance with Latvian legislation with significant support of outsourcing service providers in the field of accounting and taxation
- Manage the accounting function according to the company's requirements and standards, as well as the ability to support related companies in Lithuania and Estonia in similar processes
Job requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- At least 5 years relevant experience in a Financial Accountant or similar role in international environment
- Computer literate and working knowledge of ERP system SAP is essential
- Knowledge of accounting and business processes and optimization experience
- Experience in cooperation with financial service centres will be considered an advantage
- A confident and enthusiastic self-starter who can perform in a dynamic and challenging work environment with positive attitude
- Analytical, problem-solving and people skills should also be well developed
- High sense of responsibility and ability to set priorities
- Willingness to improve and develop
- Excellent Latvian speaking with English language knowledge at least B2 level (fluent in speaking, writing and reading)
