IT INFRASTRUCTURE LEAD

Lead infrastructure development, modernization, scalability, and resilience

Plan infrastructure capacity, technology, and resources

Oversee implementation, deployment, and enhancement of core services

Oversee backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity

Set and enforce infrastructure security controls for risk mitigation, network hardening, and access management

Introduce best practices and new technologies across infrastructure and DevOps

Manage budgets, resources, vendor relations, and tooling - plan multi-year/annual spend, forecast and allocate costs, track delivery, and ensure investments are cost-efficient and justified

Ensure infrastructure operations meet legal, licensing, and regulatory requirements

Execute strategic initiatives from senior management

Contribute to product improvement and long-term technology goals

Build and lead the infrastructure team: set structure, hire/develop talent, and drive goals and accountability

5+ years of experience in senior IT leadership roles

Proven experience supporting technological growth in high-growth companies or scale-up environments

Proven experience leading infrastructure initiatives, from planning and prioritization through delivery and rollout

Deep understanding of cloud platforms, networking, security practices, and monitoring stacks

Experience in managing budgets

Experience in building and managing infrastructure teams

Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced fintech environment

Excellent English to communicate with foreign partners and colleagues
