Job description

Administrative responsibilities:

  • Office administration

  • Organizing the office and supporting the team in optimizing performance

  • Organizing concierge services and assisting the UBOs in their personal affairs is an integral part of the daily activities

  • Oral and written translations in English, German and Russian

  • Planning and preparation of meetings

  • Review of contractor invoices according to offers and work done

  • Maintaining a maintenance calendar and list of open tasks and monitoring performance

  • Performing other ad hoc tasks as requested by clients and management


Job requirements

Education and skills & experience:

Education: bachelor’s degree in the field of business administration / management / finance / capital markets / economics or related disciplines

Experience / skills: work experience in family offices / investment funds / banks of 3 years

Languages: fluency in English, German and Russian is required

IT skills: advanced IT skills, especially excel (knowledge of VBA is a plus)
