Job description

·      Driving Revenue Growth: Proactively engage with a dedicated portfolio of B2B subscription-based customers through various communication channels to ensure exceptional service delivery and identify upsell opportunities.

·      Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients like Apple, Chevron, DHL, and NASA, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their evolving business needs.

·      Sales Enhancement: Handle quote requests, promote additional service s, and ensure timely renewals, maximizing revenue streams from existing clients.

·      Optimizing Customer Experience: Provide seamle ss onboarding and training for new clients, ensuring they receive unparalleled support from day one.

·      Strategic Insights: Understand customer use-cases to obtain valuable references and insights, contributing to product and service enhancements.
