Job description
Coordinate daily customer service and logistics operations
Ensure efficient order processing, transportation coordination, and delivery follow-up
Support warehouse and transport operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics
Professionally and proactively handle customer inquiries, shipment-related issues, and claims
Monitor deliveries and resolve operational challenges through analysis and corrective actions
Review and approve logistics-related invoices
Support freight tendering processes and cooperation with logistics service providers
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, Incoterms, and transportation requirements
Maintain logistics reporting and support continuous improvement initiatives
Act as the main point of contact between customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Job requirements
Relevant education in logistics, supply chain management, customer service, or a related field
Previous experience in customer service and logistics coordination
Understanding of international logistics operations and supply chain processes
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Good analytical and organizational skills
Experience working with ERP or logistics systems will be considered an advantage
Excellent English language skills and Lithuanian language skills (for cooperation with international clients)
