Job description

  • Coordinate daily customer service and logistics operations

  • Ensure efficient order processing, transportation coordination, and delivery follow-up

  • Support warehouse and transport operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics

  • Professionally and proactively handle customer inquiries, shipment-related issues, and claims

  • Monitor deliveries and resolve operational challenges through analysis and corrective actions

  • Review and approve logistics-related invoices

  • Support freight tendering processes and cooperation with logistics service providers

  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, Incoterms, and transportation requirements

  • Maintain logistics reporting and support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Act as the main point of contact between customers, suppliers, and internal teams

Job requirements

  • Relevant education in logistics, supply chain management, customer service, or a related field

  • Previous experience in customer service and logistics coordination

  • Understanding of international logistics operations and supply chain processes

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Good analytical and organizational skills

  • Experience working with ERP or logistics systems will be considered an advantage

  • Excellent English language skills and Lithuanian language skills (for cooperation with international clients)
