Job description

Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this position, you will respond to customer queries about orders, payments, quality of service, and other questions in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.

Job requirements

  • Availability to work in different shifts. The department works 24/7 with a shift schedule designed to accommodate business needs. You can expect to work 2-4 night shifts per month.

  • Strong verbal and written Norwegian and English communication skills;

  • Great interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening;

  • Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt and respond to change.
