Job description

  • Planning, organizing, and monitoring international and domestic transportation and deliveries;

  • Product flow planning and coordination;

  • Database maintenance and data entry;

  • Ensuring effective information flow between the Sales Department and Warehouse.

Job requirements

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to see the “big picture”;

  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills;

  • Ability to work with large amounts of information;

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;

  • High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and initiative;

  • Very good computer skills (Office365); SAP knowledge will be considered an advantage;

  • Fluent Latvian, good written English (for collaboration with international clients);

  • Positive attitude towards work and life;

  • Category B driving license and personal car for commuting to the workplace.

Advantages:

  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics;

  • Knowledge of occupational safety requirements;

  • Forklift driver’s license;

  • ADR certificate or knowledge of ADR requirements.
