PLANT CONTROLLER

Own and improve the link between finance and production by ensuring reliable data, inventory accuracy, and controlled procurement/production processes.

Deliver clear management reporting and (product) cost insights that support decisions, efficiency improvements, and structural process fixes.

Ensure compliant, timely external reporting and act as a proactive business partner to the Group CFO and COO.

Coach the team, drive strong communication, collaboration, and quality execution.

Strong experience in similar functions and environment with expertise in strategic planning and implementation.

Strong controlling and accounting principles; experience with automated financial/accounting reporting systems.

Confident with ERP-driven environments and data-driven reporting.

Proactive, hands-on mindset: spot anomalies in key figures, investigate root causes, and implement structural fixes.

Strong competencies: results orientation, risk awareness, data-processing and analysis skills, planning and organizing.
