PRODUCTION MANAGER (concrete)

Mission

Supervise on site all the stages of our Concrete Tower precast plant operations. Be responsible for the capital improvement and general maintenance. Work closely with the supplier to increase the profitability and production under Nordex Standards and Procedures.

Tasks:

• Management of the concrete keystone production plan, in order to complete it according to the company’s scheduled plan.

• Make sure that the partner looks after the production cycle under the standards, deadlines, and planning established by the company.

• Ensure the supply of raw material for production under Nordex scope, as well as logistics and purchasing areas.

• Manage, coordinate, support, and train the different teams so they can succeed in each of their respective areas.

• Prepare regular reports to see if business objectives are achieved, if government obligations are met or identify and resolve any issues.

• Put in place the Nordex safety regulations and policies but always complying with environmental guidelines.

• Find out any area that might need to be improved.

• Experience in similar positions ideally within the precast industry.

• Education in Civil engineering or similar.

• Knowledge in areas like production planning and management, process analysis, outsourcing, etc.

• Leadership with the capability to motivate and manage teams.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

• Resolutive personality with an analytical mindset ready to solve various day-to-day problems.

• Good Latvian and strong command of English to effectively communicate across all regions.

• Good MS Office skills, other programs will be a plus.

• Will be a plus: experience in maintenance management programs or knowledge in environmental, legal, or occupational risk prevention regulations in precast production.
