Job description
Your aim is to drive product, product portfolio and pricing strategy in a way, that strengthens Simonswerk Group position against competition, increase customer value and awareness and overall Simonswerk brand and product recognition in the market. Together with sales team you are responsible for reaching overall sales and product profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Lead the North Europe product lifecycle, focusing on strategic pricing, positioning, and alignment with regional needs.
- Market Insights: Analyze trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify portfolio gaps and drive innovation.
- Sales & Marketing Strategy Execution: Monitor sales and margins, implementing 4P-aligned marketing and launch activities to ensure market success.
- Customer & Sales Support: Organize customer training to boost product knowledge and brand presence.
Job requirements
- Proven product management or product group management experience in technical B2B industry.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills.
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working, ableness to think in processes and systems.
- Able to work in multi-project environment and lead several projects/tasks in parallel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills complemented with technical knowledge.
- Languages: Good in Latvian, Russian, and English to effectively communicate across all regions.
- Knowledge and understanding of markets: Baltics, Scandinavia Caucasus and/or experience in an international corporate organization is a plus.
