
Job description
· Build and maintain strong client relationships; meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
· Manage projects effectively in line with company standards.
· Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
· Handle requests for quotations, process customer orders, and provide regular reporting to both customers and management.
· Develop detailed work plans that outline and sequence all necessary activities to successfully complete each project.
· Identify and allocate the resources (time, budget, equipment, etc.) required for project completion.
· Ensure technical service teams and production departments have all necessary information and oversee their timely, high-quality execution.
Job requirements
· Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales and project management (experience in a technical field is a plus).
· Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Capable of working independently and proactively, as well as collaboratively within a team. Able to multitask and follow through on multiple issues to completion.
· Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools is a plus.
· Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (for communication with foreign clients).
· Strong computer literacy.
