
SENIOR CRM CAMPAIGN SPECIALIST (GERMAN-SPEAKING)

Job description
•Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns, focusing primarily on owned channels (eService, app, web banners, statement inserts), and selective push channels (in-app notifications, email newsletters), driving measurable commercial impact for the Swiss market.
•Manage internal and external agencies and suppliers, coordinating with all relevant internal stakeholders and interfaces (PM, CMF, Marketing, CorpComm, Legal). You will also work with remote teams abroad, ensuring seamless collaboration despite geographical distances. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical to maintain effective interactions with local teams in Switzerland.
•Implement the monthly CRM plan across owned channels, promoting credit card and app products, features, and value-added services (e.g., insurance), ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and in compliance with CICD and quality standards.
•Drive customer education and conversion initiatives to increase adoption and usage of digital payment solutions and app features.
•Proactively support CRM, CMF, Marketing, and Product Management in cross-functional and international projects to continuously improve the digital customer experience.
Job requirements
•Advanced education in CRM, Marketing, Digital Business, or a related field, combined with a strong customer-centric mindset and extensive experience in marketing and commercialization of financial services products. Proven ability to translate complex business and customer needs into effective CRM- and lifecycle-driven campaigns across digital channels.
•Demonstrated senior-level project management capabilities, including end-to-end ownership, structured prioritization, and independent delivery. Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a complex, regulated environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and stakeholders in the Zurich area.
•Highly communicative and stakeholder-oriented personality, with strong proficiency in German (written and spoken) and a good command of English (for communication with the company’s team and business partners in Switzerland)
•Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on execution, delivery excellence, and measurable commercial impact, particularly in digital and CRM-driven marketing initiatives.
•Strong ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring a stable, high-quality delivery pipeline and continuous optimization of customer journeys.
