Job description

  • Design data solutions based on business and technical requirements

  • Conduct data experiments to test hypotheses

  • Develop predictive and prescriptive models to improve business processes

  • Automate / standardize manual analytics tasks

  • Build MLOps pipelines / integrate solutions in existing processes

Job requirements

  • BSc or MSc in computer science, data science, mathematics, physics or an- other scientific area

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial sector

  • Experience in data engineering (create and maintain ETL processes)

  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, knowledge of R is optional but preferred

  • Ability to package and deploy code (Git, code packaging, job scheduling, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of machine learning and analytics libraries

    (scikit-learn, Tensorflow, Pandas, Numpy)

  • Familiarity with Agile working (SAFe, Jira)

  • Understanding of Power BI

  • Language skills: fluency in English (for communication with team members

    and management in Switzerland)

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
