Job description
- Support of the existing Sourcing and Vendor Management department through independent implementation of light to medium complex procurement projects as well as active support in strategic procurement projects.
- Conducting initial and periodic vendor compliance and risk assessments including oversight of mitigations and preparation of management reports.
- Procurement market analyses and reporting (dashboards, risk reports etc.).
- Continuous improvement, spend analytics, SVM for SVM initiatives.
- Assist in the RFP process, bid evaluation, and preliminary vendor negotiations.
- Ensuring the quality level of the contract database through appropriate controls and data maintenance.
Job requirements
- University degree.
- Sound experience at least in one of: Sourcing, Vendor Management, Procurement or demonstrable experience working with and managing vendors gained from a similar function.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem solving and service-oriented mindset.
- Very good English.
- As advantage we will appreciate area related third party risk management or compliance experience.
