SOURCING MANAGER

Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, maintaining strong relationships to ensure high-quality, cost-effective procurement. Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory

requirements

Develop and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs while

maintaining or improving quality and service levels. Identify and mitigate

risks associated with procurement and supplier performance

Work closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with

organizational goals and requirements. Conduct market research to develop

sourcing strategies, identify trends, and capitalize on opportunities

Track and report on procurement performance metrics, supplier

performance, and cost savings to drive continuous improvement. Leverage technology and systems to enhance data analysis, reporting, and overall procurement operations

Ensure all procurement activities adhere to internal policies, ethical standards, sustainability, and regulatory requirements

University degree in a relevant field

Experience in at least one of the following areas: Sourcing, Vendor

Management, Procurement

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional

teams

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and

a service-oriented mindset

Language skills: Fluency in English (for communication with team members

and management in Switzerland)

Proficiency in MS Office
