SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals, including demand forecasting and supply planning

Manage sourcing and procurement processes: negotiate contracts, evaluate and maintain supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective, timely deliveries

Oversee production and inventory planning to ensure material availability and balanced stock levels, using ERP systems and analytics for data-driven decisions

Supervise inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, customs compliance, route optimization, and warehouse management

Define, monitor, and report on key KPIs (e.g., inventory turnover, lead times, cost savings) and lead continuous improvement initiatives across departments

Ensure compliance with relevant quality, regulatory, and ethical standards across the supply chain

Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional supply chain teams to foster performance and accountability

At least 3 years of supply chain and/or purchasing management experience in multi-disciplinary production system – Electronics & Mechanics

Proven experience in development of effective supply chain processes

Higher education in supply chain management, business management, or technical sciences

Global experience in working with world’s leading suppliers

Hands on experience with ERP systems and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) process

Deep knowledge of MS Excel

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and vendor management skills

Fluent in English (for international work) and good command of Latvian
