Job description

  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of automation methods to improve daily operations.
  • Help in documenting design decisions, operational guidelines, and configurations.
  • Perform preliminary technical analysis and assist in developing proposals.
  • Provide support for incidents and assist in managing the existing infrastructure.
  • Engage in both proactive and reactive customer consulting with ease.
  • Assist in establishing and refining operational practices for Azure Entra ID and Microsoft 365 environments.

Job requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT system administrator or in a related role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Entra ID, Microsoft 365 services.
  • Solid experience with PowerShell (preferably MS Graph) for automations and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively, even in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English to collaborate with foreign clients and colleagues.
