WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Plan, organise and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and internal logistics.

Ensure timely and accurate material flow to production and delivery of finished goods to customers.

Manage warehouse stock and organise stocktaking.

Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team, plan work and follow up on performance results.

Analyse warehouse performance indicators (KPIs), identify improvement opportunities and implement more efficient work processes.

Work closely with production, procurement and planning teams to ensure continuous material flow.

Experience in managing warehouse or logistics processes, preferably in a manufacturing company.

Experience in leading and developing a team.

Strong work organisation and planning skills.

Analytical thinking and a willingness to look for more efficient solutions.

Experience working with ERP systems or other warehouse/production inventory systems and MS Office.

Good Latvian language skills and English language skills for daily work communication, work instructions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to make decisions and work successfully in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Experience with Lean, 5S or other process improvement methods will be considered an advantage; however, what matters most is the willingness to improve work processes and involve the team in practical changes.
