ACTIVITY GUIDE & TRANSFER SPECIALIST (EE)

·       Guide guests through a range of activities such as husky sled rides, reindeer safaris, snowshoeing, and more

·       Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants during tours and activities

·       Provide engaging, informative, and interactive commentary about the Lappish culture, wildlife, and surroundings

·       Coordinate and execute transfers to various locations within the region, ensuring a seamless experience for guests

·       Ensure the equipment is properly maintained and ready for use

·       Assist with administrative tasks related to bookings and guest services

·       A passion for the outdoors, adventure, and Lappish culture

·       Previous experience in guiding, hospitality, or tourism is a plus

·       Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and entertain guests

·       Ability to work in cold weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment

·       Valid driver’s license (preferably with experience in snow driving)

·       Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus

·       Flexibility to work during peak seasons, including weekends and holidays
