AP ACCOUNTANT

Monitor and ensure accuracy of Accounts Payable (AP) workflow approval by

responsible employees

Day-to-day accurate AP invoices (including purchase order, invoices, statements etc.)

processing including Invoice booking, Payments, Vendor & Inter-company reconciliations, AP

period closures, AP vs. GL reconciliations

Dispute Resolution: Addressing and resolving any discrepancies or issues with vendor

invoices, working with the appropriate teams to resolve disputes

Support auditors with requested documentation as per defined deadlines

Fulfil other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Lead

Building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, Sales companies and SSC Departments responding to inquiries, and resolving payment-related issues professionally

Cooperation with cross functional team members within Sales companies and SSC

Have professional degree in Finance or Accounting or studying in this field

Work quickly and be accurate: be focused on the details and have ability to deliver accurate

results within short timeframe according to deadline

Have self-driven and excellent time management skills, can work under pressure and have

ability to work with remote supervision

Have good analytical and communication skills

Have ability to work in a changing environment

Be good at English: able to write, read and speak (for international communication)

Knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting program will be considered as an advantage
