Job description

  • Develop and expand sales, market share, and contribution margin across the Baltic region.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers (hardware dealers, door manufacturers, architects, project developers) and attract new ones.
  • Lead efforts in large-scale construction projects to integrate SIMONSWERK hinges and increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, providing valuable insights to drive product and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to execute marketing, sales support activities, and product launches.
  • Manage commercial and technical support, customer training, and promotional events.

Job requirements

  • Solid B2B sales experience in door hardware, furniture hardware, door sales or similar.
  • Experience with project-based sales, including communication with architects, developers, and contractors.
  • Active, business-oriented personality with entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills complemented with technical knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and actively travel within the Baltics.
  • Languages: Good in Latvian, Russian, and English to effectively communicate across all Baltic states.
  • Sales background in the Baltic markets is a plus.
