Wine Procurement & Supplier Relations – Manage wine and alcohol purchasing across four
restaurants, building strong relationships with distributors, importers, and vineyards. Negotiate
contracts, pricing, and exclusive supplier agreements
Beverage Program Development – Curate wine lists, seasonal offerings, and cocktail menus
tailored to each restaurant’s concept. Collaborate with chefs on food and wine pairings and
set pricing strategies that balance quality and profitability
Inventory & Budget Management – Oversee stock levels, storage, and rotation across all
venues. Implement systems to track sales, control costs, and ensure compliance with beverage
program budgets
Staff Education & Training – Lead wine trainings, tastings, and workshops for service teams.
Develop training materials, certification programs, and service guidelines to maintain high
standards and support staff growth
Guest Experience & Events – Host tastings, wine dinners, and masterclasses for guests.
Provide expert wine recommendations, collaborate on corporate events, and represent the
group at trade shows and industry events
Operations & Compliance – Maintain cellar management systems, standardize service
protocols, and ensure compliance
Amata prasības
Sommelier certification Level 2+ (WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, or equivalent)
5–7 years’ experience in wine or high-end hospitality
Strong knowledge of international wine regions and producers
Experience with procurement, vendor negotiations, and cost control
Skilled in wine education, staff training, and event management
Fluency in English and Latvian (for communication with company management)
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Business acumen in budgeting, pricing, and sales analysis
