Job description

  • Act as the main local coordination point for banks on portfolio servicing matters, including reporting deadlines, covenant-related documentation, and routine communication.

  • Coordinate local communication with outsourced accounting, municipalities, traders, contractors, service providers, and other external stakeholders.

  • Maintain organized financial, contractual, and compliance documentation. Monitor invoices, payment flows, supplier settlements, and loan repayment schedules.

  • Work with existing financial models and reporting files by updating inputs, checking assumptions, spotting inconsistencies, and flagging missing items or upcoming payments.

  • Prepare and submit regular regulatory and administrative reports using established templates and processes.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and plan-versus-actual monitoring for operating assets.

  • Support audits, refinancing workstreams, insurance renewals, due diligence processes, and documentation requests from lenders and advisors.

Job requirements

  • Relevant education in finance, business, law, engineering, or a related field.

  • Several years of relevant experience in finance, banking, controlling, project coordination, investment support, or a similar role.

  • Good practical understanding of cash flow, reporting, banking processes, contracts, and general corporate administration.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with external stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, accountability, and the ability to manage deadlines.

  • A proactive and structured approach to work.

  • Good Latvian skills, and English sufficient for working in an international environment, handling documentation, and communicating with third parties.

  • Strong MS Office skills.
