Understanding client's business and providing excellent service in integration projects
Building trusted relationships with existing clients
Team leadership (programmers, analysts), including team performance management, risk management, and financial management of the team
Team development, by delegating responsibilities, providing feedback, coaching, and mentoring team members, creating an environment and culture of belonging to the company
Ensuring full compliance with local and corporate ethical standards, legal obligations, internal processes, and quality standards

University degree in business management, IT, finance, or equivalent
Solid experience in project management, preferably in software development or other relevant field with similar duties and responsibilities
Experience in leading (project) teams, willingness to become an inspiring leader with focus on people and talent
Overall understanding of the software development process
Good understanding and interest in finance and budgeting, good financial discipline
Appreciation of knowledge/experience in business analytics
Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are highly valued
Excellent command of both Latvian and English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Miro, and/or other software management tools
