Job description

·       Being part of a kitchen team in creating exceptional à la carte dishes with a focus on local seasonal menus that highlight regional specialties and showcase the best of Lapland’s natural produce

·       Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to ensure each dish exceeds the highest standards

·       Being a part of managing kitchen operations, inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen

·       Work closely with the main chef to create unique culinary experiences for our guests

·       Being part of a unique staff, fostering a positive and efficient team environment

Job requirements

·       Proven experience of being a chef in a team in a restaurant of hotel

·       Some knowledge of Nordic culinary traditions, ingredients, and culture

·       Organizational skills, with a passion for working as part of a team

·       Exceptional creativity and a dedication to delivering high-quality, memorable dining experiences

·       Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

·       A love for the outdoors and the unique, tranquil lifestyle of Lapland
