CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

·       Manage full-cycle accounting processes

·       Prepare and maintain operational cash flow forecasts

·       Lead and coordinate the accounting team's work, taking responsibility for department results and deadlines

·       Monitor accounts receivable and identify financial risks

·       Ensure timely submission of tax, statistical, and annual reports

·       Collaborate with auditors, state institutions, and the parent company

·       Participate in the development of the company’s annual budget and perform budget execution control

·       Higher education in Finance, Economics, or Accounting

·       At least 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant (preferably in an international company)

·       In-depth knowledge of Latvian tax methodology and IFRS standards

·       Excellent Latvian and good English language skills (for communication at the group level)

·       Excellent MS Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

·       Proactive, result-oriented thinking and a high sense of responsibility.

·       Ability to see correlations between financial data and business processes
