- Evaluate, analyze and improve remuneration and motivation systems
- Work closely with stakeholders to align compensation strategies, ensure fairness and equity in pay practices and accessibility of benefits
- Ensure preparation of data and reports
- Participate in the development of the remuneration and benefit budget
- Administer benefits
- Monitor and improve the employee performance evaluation process in the company
Amata prasības
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Preferable experience in Compensation & Benefits area
- Education, preferably Finance or Data Analytics
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and leverage data
- Service-oriented mindset and you are able to voice your opinion
