FINANCE MANAGER

Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and management reports

Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing

Oversee cash-flow planning and monitoring

Track, analyze, and control costs together with operations and project teams

Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting systems, and finance policies

Ensure intercompany cost allocations comply with management agreements and transfer pricing policy

Partner with departments across the business to improve processes and support decision-making

Higher education in finance, economics, accounting, or business management

At least 3 years of experience in a Finance Manager role or in leading accounting and financial processes

Experience working in an international environment

Strong leadership and people management skills

Good knowledge of international accounting and finance standards

ACCA qualification will be considered an advantage

Analytical and strategic mindset with strong attention to detail

Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Excellent English for communication with team members, partners, and management and good Latvian language skills

Good computer literacy, including MS Office and accounting/finance systems
