
Job description
Oversee day-to-day operations of both wine bar locations (Stabu iela and Elizabetes Splendid)
Develop and enhance the wine bar concept and customer experience
Manage and lead personnel across both venues (approximately 20 staff members)
Ensure service quality standards and wine expertise across operations
Coordinate between wine retail and restaurant operations
Implement operational improvements and quality control systems
Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and wine selection processes
Drive business development and revenue growth initiatives
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Report to company ownership and stakeholders
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferably)
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality industry, preferably in similar venue setups (wine bars, upscale restaurants, or multi-location food & beverage operations).
Experience in team leadership and operations management
Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication abilities, customer service orientation, problem-solving mindset, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, cultural sensitivity, wine industry passion
Good Latvian and English language skills (for communication with company management)
Knowledge of MS Office, POS systems, inventory management systems, restaurant management software, CRM systems
B category driver's license
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
