Candidate Requirements

ENESAN is a stable Latvian company operating in the field of engineering network construction and maintenance since 2014. The company employs 65 people, and due to an increase in workload, is looking for a professional to manage HVAC and water/utility construction projects.

HVAC / Water & Sewer Construction Project Manager / Assistant

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and water/sewer (water supply and drainage) network construction projects.

  • Organize project execution from initiation to commissioning.

  • Collaborate with clients, construction supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Plan project timelines and ensure adherence.

  • Ensure control over construction quality, deadlines, and costs.

  • Lead and coordinate construction teams on-site.

  • Prepare and maintain project-related documentation.

Candidate Requirements

  • Vocational or higher education in construction or a related field.

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in managing HVAC and/or water/sewer construction projects.

  • Understanding of engineering network construction processes and regulatory requirements.

  • Experience with BIS and AutoCAD will be considered an advantage.

  • Good MS Office skills.

  • Category B driving license.

  • Ability to organize work, make decisions, and collaborate effectively in a team.

  • High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and results orientation.
