HOUSEKEEPER / FAMILY ASSISTANT

Job description

  • General cleaning: maintaining cleanliness in all the house areas daily

  • Laundry and ironing: washing, drying, folding, ironing clothe and bed linens, and other household textiles

  • Organising closets and making beds

  • Organising and shopping Supplies: Managing and maintaining an inventory of cleaning and household supplies

  • Welcoming guests and making coffee when needed

  • Occasional Meal preparation: family has two kids 10 and 17 that require warming up some food and preparing dinners.

  • Shopping for growseries: occasionally, when agreed

  • Additionally: driving kids and housewatching, when family is traveling

Job requirements

Experience / Skills:

  • previous experience working in the household or hotel, maintenance and experience with high quality materials, wood floors and textile like curtains.

  • Good communication skills

  • Driving license necessary

  • Good cooking skills

  • Excellent time management and feel for it

  • EU passport

Languages: Latvian, fluent in English, German is a plus (for communication with colleagues)
