Administrative responsibilities:
Office administration
Organizing the office and supporting the team in optimizing performance
Organizing concierge services and assisting the UBOs in their personal affairs is an integral part of the daily activities
Oral and written translations in English, German and Russian
Planning and preparation of meetings
Review of contractor invoices according to offers and work done
Maintaining a maintenance calendar and list of open tasks and monitoring performance
Performing other ad hoc tasks as requested by clients and management
Amata prasības
Education and skills & experience:
Education: bachelor’s degree in the field of business administration / management / finance / capital markets / economics or related disciplines
Experience / skills: work experience in family offices / investment funds / banks of 3 years
Languages: fluency in English, German and Russian is required
IT skills: advanced IT skills, especially excel (knowledge of VBA is a plus)
