Cooperation/negotiations with key accounts: pharmacy chains, wholesalers, doctors etc.
Define the key strategic directions, and marketing plans and implement a tactical plan to ensure the achievement of defined targets
Annual promo calendar alignment with pharma retailers
Monthly/quarterly promo activity confirmation to pharma retailers
Post promo report collection from pharma retailers and promo cost payment processing
Expired goods & damaged products return management
Annual promo budget planning by brand and key pharma retailer, preparation of draft promo plans for annual meetings with pharma retailers
Annual sales (purchase & sell-out) forecast in value by brand and key pharma retailer
Collaboration with brand manufacturers, Oribalt local and Baltic Teams

A self-driven and result-oriented personality with a positive attitude toward working with clients, advanced presentation and negotiation skills and experience in developing a network of key contacts
Bachelor’s degree in business, Health science or another advanced degree
Previous experience in sales, Pharma field and FMCG preferable
Product management, sales and marketing competencies
The ability to drive multiple projects with multiple priorities is essential as is the ability to strategically think through different opportunities
Balances between the long-term vision while driving the short-term goals
Ability to work closely with health care professionals (doctors, pharmacists) and service providers by active communication and visiting
High energy levels, perseverance and demonstrated examples of influencing decisions internally and externally without direct authority
An entrepreneurial mindset combined with solid business acumen
Ability to communicate with impact and engage others
Analytical capabilities
Professional level in Estonian and English, both oral and written
Preferably Russian language skills
