MARKETING SPECIALIST

Manage social media content creation, planning and publishing for: Vitamin Well, NOCCO, Barebells, True Dates.

Manage local digital marketing activities, contribute new ideas and analyze campaign performance.

Identify and recruit relevant influencers and maintain strong long-term relationships with them.

Handle daily influencer communication and coordinate campaigns and collaborations.

Organize and send PR packages and product deliveries to influencers.

Identify and develop new partnership and sponsorship opportunities with retailers, gyms, events and other relevant businesses.

Organize and execute product sampling, tasting events and other local brand activations together with partners.

Follow market, consumer and social media trends and recommend activities that strengthen brand awareness and visibility.

Support additional brands and marketing activities when needed, depending on business priorities.

Hands-on experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, influencer marketing or brand management.

A good understanding of how to create engaging content for consumer brands.

Creative thinking and the ability to bring new marketing ideas to the table.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects at the same time.

A proactive, independent and solution-oriented approach to work.

Fluent Latvian and good English skills for communicating with colleagues in Estonia and using IT tools.

Interest in lifestyle, fitness, food, beverages and consumer brands is a strong advantage.
