
Job description
Ensure that Color Expert product displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing in-store
Take clear photos of completed merchandising work and upload/send them as required
Monitor stock levels, identify missing items, and report this information to the head office
promptly
Maintain relationships with existing customers by providing friendly and professional service
Support in attracting and onboarding new customers through in-store engagement or outreach
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales team
Collaborate with store staff and the internal team to ensure smooth execution of promotions
and product placements
Business trips weekly around Lithuania
Job requirements
Sales/ Customer service experience is desirable, but not essential
Secondary education and upper
Good communication and a positive attitude toward working in sales
Self-management of own time
A willingness to learn and grow within the company
Strong knowledge of Lithuanian, proficiency in English at a conversational level
MS Office knowledge
Valid B category driver’s license
Knowledge of the construction industry will be considered as advantage
