Job description
Travel actively within your area (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) visiting optical stores, collecting orders.
Presentation on the brands and sales of the new eyewear collections.
In-store and online general trainings for retailers’ sales staff regarding brands, products and marketing activities.
Research and target new customers, follow through with existing accounts.
Ensure the highest possible customer service and follow through with orders, deliveries and aftersales.
Job requirements
Experience in the field of sales or retail related to eyewear, fashion, accessories, lifestyle, cosmetics, or high-end consumer goods.
Fluency in written and spoken Latvian and English to effectively communicate across all countries.
An excellent communicator and negotiator with presentation skills.
A sales-driven mindset with the ability to expand business, improve sales processes, identify and develop new opportunities.
Great organizational skills with ability to work quickly and effectively to meet seasonal and customer deadlines.
Willingness to travel regularly across the Baltic states
Category B driver's license.
