PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT

Perform payroll calculations, tax processing, and accounting

Manage employee expense report accounting

Handle payroll-related banking operations

Prepare and submit reports to tax and governmental authorities

Coordinate with outsourced payroll service providers, validating payroll data

Support the preparation of annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

Generate payroll-related reports for management

Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed

Higher education in accounting or finance

At least 3 years of experience as an accountant or in a similar role, preferably in an

international environment

Experience in payroll accounting within a large organization (50+ employees) is an advantage

Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)

Knowledge of payroll software; experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus

Fluent in Latvian and English (for communication with collagues and business)

Strong analytical skills, accuracy, responsibility, and ability to prioritize
