PRODUCTION MANAGER

Oversee and manage 4 production teams. Currently 8 people but actively growing.

Organize workflow, plan schedules and operations to meet deadlines and quality requirements.

Plan and manage production material requirements to assure material availability to meet

delivery schedule.

Ensure that health and safety requirements are strictly followed in production.

Determine the amount and costs of necessary resources for production.

Monitor production to resolve production and quality issues.

Supervise and evaluate performance of production employees and team leads.

Ensure operation of equipment and organize maintenance work.

Proven experience in leading of production and managing team leads.

Deep know-how in production procedures, including planning and executing.

University Degree, preferably in Technical Sciences or Management.

Understanding all people related processes and procedures, ability to lead by example.

Solid project management skills, knowledge of LEAN or similar manufacturing techniques as

well as Quality Management tools.

Advance Excel knowledge, hands-on experience with ERP systems.

Excellent interpersonal skills, communicate with clarity and interest.

Goal orientation and experience of working towards tight deadlines in a fast-moving

environment.

Knowledge of Latvian and English to work in international level.
