PRODUCT GROUP MANAGER (HEATING SOLUTIONS)

Oversee and evaluate the product assortment, ensuring data accuracy across internal systems;

Ensure consistent product availability within relevant categories and ongoing projects;

Maintain and optimize the supplier database to enhance collaboration efficiency;

Lead negotiations with suppliers to define cooperation terms and finalize contract agreements;

Monitor product compliance with quality standards, including verification of certificates, licenses, and required documentation;

Deliver internal product training and support colleagues with technical product insights.

Higher education in a technical field or a discipline related to product assortment;

At least 2 -3 years of experience in managing heating solutions product groups;

Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

Understanding of financial planning and budget control;

Good analytical skills, ability to work with data;

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and colleagues;

Willingness to share knowledge and collaborate within a team;

Good command of Latvian and English (for communication with international partners and manufacturers);

Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel (Pivot, Vlookup u.c.);

Valid category B driving license.
