Job description
Lead a team of 4 technical specialists.
Organize server assembly, testing, BIOS customization, problem identification, and resolution.
Select components and verify their compatibility on both software and hardware levels.
Test high-load systems, software, and cooling solutions.
Evaluate prototypes for performance, stability, and efficiency; assemble/disassemble prototypes and test setups.
Perform CPU and GPU performance optimization.
Collaborate with manufacturers (RMA processes, firmware updates).
Document results, develop a lab knowledge base, and propose improvement ideas.
Job requirements
Hands-on experience working with computer hardware and ability to work at the “bare metal” level; knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Understanding of modern computer system architectures (Intel, AMD, NVIDIA), knowledge of GPUs, data protocols, hardware trends, and software specifics.
Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, etc.).
Ability to structure work and think in terms of process improvement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to lead a team.
Good English skills for communication with international suppliers and partners.
Advantageous but not required: experience with any of the following: Microcontrollers, PCB design, CAD systems, AI architecture.
