SALES MANAGER - BALTICS

Job description

• Lead the commercial and sales management of key distributors and retail partners across the Baltic markets

• Maintain strong relationships with key customers

• Develop and oversee strategic sales plans and marketing action programs for the region

• Negotiate terms of cooperation with customers

• Represent the company’s interests in the market

• Ensure the achievement of sales targets and drive distribution development

• Analyse sales performance and report results to the Commercial Team in Poland

• Collaborate closely with internal departments - including Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, Legal, Planning, and

Category & Customer Development—to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives

Job requirements

• A degree in Economics, Marketing, or a relevant field

• At least 5 years of proven experience in sales within an international environment and the FMCG sector

• Strong knowledge of the Baltic retail market

• Strong commercial expertise with a solid understanding of pricing, margins, trade terms, and financial reporting

• Fluency in English and Latvian (essential for communication with the team and customers across the Baltics);

additional language skills are an asset

• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

• A results-oriented, customer-focused approach with strong team collaboration skills

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the Baltic States
