Amata apraksts

Responsibilities include implementing sales strategy by developing one of company sales team’s (2-3 empl.) and long-term relationships with a customer, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. SALES TEAM LEADER identifies new opportunities from existing or new customers and works closely with the  team to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to customer needs. Ensure a deep understanding of customers individual experiences and creates additional demand to contribute on additional turnover.

 

The main objectives are to:

·       Participate in the preparation of business plans, campaigns and product development plans

·       Build trusted long-term relationships with customers

·       Ensure successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives

·       Accurate Forecasting

·       Analyze customer’s needs, assistance to the team by identifying customer’s needs

·       Make presentations of the company, products, services and solutions for the customers

·       Search for the most innovative solutions for customers in order to be one step ahead

·       Cooperate very closely with other divisions of the company - product development, production, procurement, etc.

·       Ensure the highest level of products, services and business ethics for customers

Amata prasības

  • Work experience in a production company by developing and implementing different sales projects

  • University degree and technical background

  • Excellent knowledge of Latvian and English (for communication with foreign partners)

  • Team management experience

  • Good negotiations and presentations skills

  • Abilities to work (or to learn fast) with different ERP/CRM systems

  • Flexibility and ability to work with different clients and colleagues with the highest ethical standards

  • Ability to work independently and coordinate several developing projects

  • An active, innovative, and result-orientated salesperson

  • Ability for periodic business trips
