SENIOR DATA SCIENTIST - MLOPS ENGINEER

Design and implement data solutions based on business and technical requirements

Build internal python packages for automation and standardisation of manual analytics tasks

Build MLOps pipelines and integrate solutions into existing processes

Engage in data extraction, manipulation, and visualization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-value data solutions

Develop predictive and prescriptive models to improve business processes

BSc or MSc in computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, or another scientific field

At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial sector

Proficiency in Python and SQL; knowledge of R is optional but preferred

Experience with packaging (Python), code versioning (Git), and MLOps,

including deployment, automation, and code documentation

Expertise in solution design, requirement engineering, and business

collaboration, including stakeholder management

Experience with machine learning, hypothesis testing, and data extraction,

manipulation, and visualization

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with fluency in

English for collaboration with teams and management in Switzerland
