Conduct ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization to maintain competitive positioning.
Research and implement SEO recommendations, staying updated on search engine algorithms.
Develop and execute a comprehensive link-building strategy.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices in newly developed code.
Work closely with the marketing team to integrate SEO into content creation and programming.
Possess strong copywriting skills for compelling content.
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to boost SEO rankings for target keywords.

Demonstrated experience in an SEO specialist position, showcasing successful results.
A solid grasp of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition.
In-depth familiarity with website analytics tools.
Comfortable with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Working knowledge of HTML, SEO tools, UX/UI practice.
Understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
Stay current with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
Detail-oriented, responsible and independent.
Good problem-solving skills.
Highly proficient in spoken and written English, with good Latvian and Russian language knowledge.
Bachelor’s degree will be considered as an advantage.
Experience with the US market and travel/flight industry will be considered as an advantage.
